Her principal responsibility is to plan and monitor the business's financial and operational day-to-day running and ensure that correct processes and practices comply with external regulations and internal policies. Theresa has a solid working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines. 

Theresa has a wealth of administrative experience working within the private and public sectors, including the NHS, venture capital practices and executive recruitment consultants.
